Scripture: Genesis 3

Focus: Sin introduced false identities.

Devotional:
When Adam and Eve sinned, identity became distorted. Instead of finding worth in God, humanity began searching for identity in things like success, approval, money, and relationships.

False identities always demand something from you—performance, validation, comparison.

But your true identity in Christ gives you something instead—security.

Reflection Question:
What false identity have I been leaning on instead of Christ?

Prayer:
“Lord, expose anything I’ve been using to define myself that isn’t from You.”
